Cindy has served in various healthcare executive leadership roles in Revenue Cycle and Corporate Compliance. Using her vast experience in transformational management, she assisted facilities with process improvement initiatives to achieve improved financial stability through operational improvements throughout the revenue cycle. Her hands-on leadership approach allows her to build strong relationships that are critical for transforming operations into industry-standard best practices. 

Over her career, Cindy has worked in multiple settings and mastered many systems.  Her dedication to Healthcare Financial Data Analytics has led to her developing skills employing Microsoft Power Applications.  

As an equine trainer, instructor, and rider, Cindy utilizes natural horsemanship training, thereby decreasing resistance and increasing responsiveness.  First place, high point, fastest time, and rodeo All Around Champion are some of the rewards attained by implementing the unobtrusive approach.

Cindy holds two master’s degrees, a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Belhaven University and a Master of Science in Health Systems from The University of Central Arkansas.  She is also a Certified Professional Coder, Licensed Insurance Agent, Licensed Insurance Adjuster, Notary Public, and a professional photographer.  Memberships have included the American Association of Professional Coders, American College of Healthcare Executives, American Quarter Horse Association, Dixie National Team Penning Association, Ranch Sorting National Championship, United States Team Penning Association, and National Cutting Horse Association.
