Lindsay has a diverse background in revenue cycle management and clinic operations. This includes all facets of clinic revenue cycle operations including patient access, billing, and credentialing. Her expertise in hospital settings includes admissions, coding, and ancillary billing. Additionally, she brings leadership to various population health initiatives and serves in a project management role to ensure outcomes are met. Lindsay brings a personalized approach to the population health model and is able to identify appropriate programs and streamline workflows to improve overall care coordination.
Lindsay is a Certified Coding Assistant and a member of AHIMA. She is also an experienced trainer and versed in Mississippi Managed Medicaid billing requirements, payor policies and procedures, and issue resolution.
She is attending Belhaven University with a focus on Healthcare Administration.
