She is also proficient in streamlining pre-service and point-of-service patient registration practices to increase cash flow through standardization of real-time insurance eligibility verification of benefits and front-end patient out-of-pocket collections.
Rachel has an extensive background in large academic medical centers, health systems, critical access hospitals, rural healthcare facilities, and clinics. She brings a comprehensive knowledge of business infrastructures and trends including analyzing, developing, and implementing business goals, objectives, and process improvement strategies through innovative technology education and hands-on experience.
Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Science Technology from Mississippi State University. She is also Epic ADT/Prelude Certified and Lean in Healthcare, Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified.
