Our Leadership

Toby brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare finance and operations, spanning hospitals, physician practices, and health systems across 29 markets in 10 states.

His career began with service as a noncommissioned officer in the U.S. Army, followed by work as a CPA in public accounting serving healthcare and manufacturing clients. He has served as CFO for six hospitals in six regions and received the Health Management Associates CFO of the Year Award in 2006.

Toby has led at the highest levels of healthcare operations—including Vice President of a 530+ provider physician network—and is known for engaging physicians and staff while driving improvement in culture, financial performance, and the patient-provider experience.

He is a member of the AICPA, ACHE, MSBPA, MGMA, and HFMA.

Bill is a senior health system executive with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare finance, operations, and turnaround leadership across hospitals, physician groups, ambulatory services, and joint ventures.

Before joining Trilogy as Managing Partner, Bill served as Vice President and Division Chief Financial Officer for Health Management Associates' Division V, overseeing 16 acute care hospitals, two ambulatory surgery centers, and 550+ employed physicians across five states.

He is a strategic, proactive leader skilled in hospital turnarounds, revenue cycle improvement, physician recruitment, and building high-performing management teams. Bill received HMA's CFO of the Year Award for three consecutive years and led HMA's top-performing division in 2004.

He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
