Beth is an experienced Revenue Cycle leader with a background as CBO Director, Director of Business Office Services overseeing Patient Access/Scheduling/Insurance Verification and Denials Management/Appeals. Other Duties include Charge Master Development and Payer Credentialing.

Experienced and strategic Revenue Cycle leader for the past 30-plus years, Beth has experience in AR Management for full and not-for-profit Critical Access, Acute Care, LTAC, and Swing Bed working 3 states. Beth started her career in northwest Mississippi, relocating to Gadsden, Alabama, and Dallas Texas, with the same company. Beth assisted her facilities improve cash collections, AR stabilization, restructuring, post system conversions. Beth is a hands-on leader.

Beth’s greatest achievement was being a part of a Start-up Brand new state of art physician-owned facility located 20 miles east of Dallas, building an A-team staff for Business Office, Patient Access, Switchboard, Scheduling, Insurance Verification, Billing, Collections, and Cash Posting.   

Prior to returning to Mississippi in 2018, Beth worked for one of the industry’s largest revenue cycle companies out of Frisco, Texas, as Director of Business Office Operations and Senior Denials Specialist. As Senior Denials Specialist, Beth researched contracts, escalated payor issues to provider relations, and wrote technical appeals for clients In Texas, Arkansas, Michigan, Missouri, and Arizona markets.  

Beth attended Delta State University with a focus on Business Administration and she is a member of HFMA Lonestar Chapter, HFMA CRCR Certified.
