Erica is a proven leader with experience across all facets of the revenue cycle including patient access, managed care, claims, and AR management, denial/underpayment management, patient financial assistance and project management within a multi-facility organization.

Before joining Trilogy, Erica was a Revenue Cycle Director overseeing revenue cycle functions for process improvement and optimization for 7 hospitals and 15 clinics extending to 7 different states.  In her current role as Senior Director of Trilogy Business Office Operations, Erica is responsible for the oversight and management of all aspects of the central billing office operations of 20+ hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.

Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.  Erica is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association where she is certified as a CRCR – Certified Revenue Cycle Representative.
