As a leader in healthcare, Chad has assisted multiple facilities with the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives aimed at improving key performance indicators that are critical to achieving financial stability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Leading clients to best practices associated with people, processes, and technology, Chad draws on experiences gained through engagements within an assortment of healthcare facilities including large academic medical centers, critical access hospitals, and rural healthcare clinics. This diverse experience allows Chad to assist clients with transitional management, performance improvement, project management, and team building.
Chad holds an MBA from Belhaven College. As a member of the National Association of Healthcare Access Management and the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Chad has been invited to present at local and regional conferences to share insights on topics such as point-of-service collections and the impacts of the Affordable Care Act on healthcare’s revenue cycle.
