Throughout her career, Tosha has provided revenue cycle training, implemented processes to improve cash flow, and developed policies and procedures at multiple facilities including acute care, diagnostic center, long-term care, and clinics.  She has extensive experience in accounts receivables, denials management, charge entry, payment variance, and data analysis.

Tosha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Work from the University of Mississippi which has enhanced her problem-solving skills in all areas of responsibility. She is a Certified Healthcare Access Associate for patient access and Certified Patient Accounts Representative for billing operations.
