Doris has a wealth of knowledge in Healthcare Management, Payment Posting, Cash Management, as well as other areas of Business Office Operations. She serves as a subject matter expert for other departments with questions concerning posting technical issues, payor stipulations, and government regulations. She is highly analytical and assists the Revenue Cycle Oversight Project Team with cash management assessments and process improvement initiatives. She serves as an institutional subject matter expert and authoritative resource on the interpretation of contract language to ensure appropriate reimbursement by insurance companies. 

Doris is a Cum Laude graduate of Hinds Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science Accounting Technology and a Cum Laude graduate of Belhaven University with a Bachelor of Science in Management.
