Christy served as a liaison in an academic medical center. She was responsible for cultivating partnerships among executive leaders, administrators, operations directors, and providers while improving overall billing and collections. She managed dashboard reporting and data analytics for all professional services. 

In her career, she has worked closely with over 17 academic departments to improve KPIs, reduce denials, and increase cash goals. Her responsibilities also included managing provider enrollment for over 1,325 providers and residents. 

She is highly experienced in coordinating and evaluating billing and collection processes for critical access hospitals to improve financial performance.  

Christy has a Master of Health Sciences degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
